Human Resource services for all USF Health employees and departments are provided by HR Service Center D. The service center model is a team approach, providing excellent customer service through centralized, dedicated resources for HR actions.
Service Center D is staffed by six HR professionals: the HR Service Consultant, Employment Center Representative, Employment Specialist, Benefits Representative, Employee Relations Consultant and Learning & Development Facilitator. Payroll specialists work with all Service Centers.
HR Service Consultant Desiree Martinez Brown acts as Service Center D’s team leader, coordinating integrated HR client functions and internal resources, providing recruiting and classification consulting, and monitoring and maintaining client satisfaction.

Driving Directions from the College of Medicine to the SVC Building
Make a right turn on USF Holly Drive. Stay in the right lane. Turn right at the first stop sign onto USF Magnolia Drive. Follow USF Magnolia Drive until it ends at USF Alumni Drive. Make a left on USF Alumni Drive. Follow USF Alumni Drive to the light at Leroy Collins Blvd. Turn left on Leroy Collins Blvd. Stay in the right lane and continue toward the center of campus. Go past Apple Drive and make the next right into the parking lot, then a quick left into the Collins Parking Garage. The parking garage is located between the Administration (ADM) and Student Services (SVC) buildings. HR is located on the left side of the SVC breezeway, on the 2nd level, in SVC 2172.
