Deadline for receipt of submissions: March 14, 2009

- All entries must be submitted electronically through e-mail.

- Each entrant can submit up to three total entries.

- All entries will undergo blind review by both medical students and faculty in both literature, english, and medical humanities.

- All winners will be announced on our publishing date in early July 2009 via e-mail and our web site.

- All entrants agree to have their work published in The Legible Script and their website.

- All submissions must be the author's original work.

- All fo the published contestants will receive two copies of the journal by mail.
