Welcome to the MD Admissions Office! We are excited that you are interested in USF’s College of Medicine. The mission of the College is to provide for the education of students and professionals of the health and biomedical sciences fields through the creation of a scholarly environment that fosters excellence in the lifelong goals of education, research activity and compassionate patient care.
As the Office of MD Admissions, we are committed to working in partnership with diverse applicants that demonstrate not only superior academic skills, but also outstanding personal attributes. Our goal is to build a talented, diverse and interesting entering class that contributes to the educational milieu at USFCOM.
While our application review process is rigorous it is also highly individualized. Each applicant is assessed based on his/her achievements in academic, service, leadership, research, and extracurricular activities that demonstrate a commitment to medicine.

We believe the admissions process needs to be open and informative with prompt, effective, and honest communication for all involved.
